If you are interested in one of our units, here is what you can expect:


Phone Service   
Our phones are answered by knowledgeable Rental Agents, 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. (No recorded messages to delay communications)

Showing Apartments
If you wish to see an apartment it can be shown within one hours notice by the Building Managers or our rental agents. Showing can be arranged at your convenience, 7 days a week, 8am to 8 pm.

Application for Apartment
If you decide to rent an apartment from us, we guarantee to have a decision on your application made and communicated to you within 24 hours. Decisions can normally be made and communicated to you within 3 hours.

Preparing the Apartment
Apartments are cleaned and painted. The carpets are professionally cleaned. The apartments are inspected and anything that is not working is repaired or replaced. This means that when you move in everything should be clean and in good working order.

Repairs
We guarantee that routine repairs will be done by the building managers within 2 working days. Larger repairs are handled by our maintenance manager, and his staff of trained maintenance personnel. If this commitment is not met, you are encouraged to phone the office and speak to the general manager or maintenance manager. Emergency orders are done immediately.
